I took my mom for regular eye checking two years ago. Till today I still can't forget how bad Dr. Fang was and how disrespectful and rude she and the reception desk lady treated the patients. I left the following comment on google review two years ago and I often got notifications from google that someone "like" my comment. I seriously hope I know where I can complain a doctor and I wished I recorded my experience on camera so I can seriously sue her for an apology. Yes, that is how bad she and her whole team are. AVOID her by all means. I don't know how she can still be in the business.

"I had my worst appointment experience ever this morning with Dr.Fang. Super bad attitude, rude, sarcasm, disrespect, made fun of patience. I wasn't able to believe what I experienced today. I will avoid this doctor by all means."
