When you look up "disconnect" in the dictionary this lady is the perfect example.  I won't even address her as a doctor, since doctors are supposed to care about their patients.   My 19-year-old daughter had a referral and a scheduled appointment with this person. my daughter scheduled time off work, she arrived at the office 15min before her appointment, (like they always ask new Patients to do) just to be told that they canceled the appointment. No call or email to give us a heads up, and when
I reached out to her office; to find out what happened, I got hanged up on.  shame on you!
