My ankle would not bend more than halfway. Masternick took an X-ray and told him I had an impingement that was hereditary so I should blame my parents. He recommended expensive orthotics. I then went to an orthopedic surgeon that read the same X-ray and had concerns. He sent me for an MRI. Turns out that I have a spur between my talus and tibia. Masternick should have spent more time investigating my impairment rather than joking about my parents.
