My lab result was back on Friday morning. I was not notified by the provider of the results before the weekend. So I went and purchased some over the counter medication to help with the infection otherwise I would have waited until Monday before getting treatment

Biography

Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I always knew that I wanted to help people. When I went to nursing school, I quickly realized that I belonged in Women's Health and began to dream of becoming a Midwife someday. After spending some time as a Medical/Surgical nurse, and a Labor and Delivery nurse, I completed my Master's in Women's Health Nursing Practice and Nurse Midwifery. It is truly a gift to be able to work in a field that you love. What I want my patients to know about me: I am passionate about ensuring that all women have compassionate care and an understanding of their own health. It is incredibly important that patients feel heard and safe in their care.
