I had a very small melanoma on my knee.  Dr. Desciak discussed my options for office surgery or hospital surgery.  I felt very confident having Dr. Desciak proceed with the surgery in his office.  I had absolutely no pain after the surgery.  Dr. Desciak treated my knee as though he were working on my face.  The scar is minimal much to my delight.  I recommend his office wholeheartedly.
