I used to go to Addison Dental for other dentists, but they left the practice therefore were forced to be with Valdez, a terrible dentist. Had a crown placed that was initially placed incorrectly and was left by previous dentist to fix. Valdez refused to honor even when service was provided in the same office and LESS than one year and inclusive charged me 2 grand for a new one. I had a cap fall off that just needed cementing, and again, they refused to re-cement it and charged me another 2 grand for a new one. Valdez was horrible with her bedside manner, would not hear me out, and overall just sees patients as money bags. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Office manager was just as terrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!
