He always listens and remembers your life in helping make my medical decisions. I've seen him for 30 years now and he knows my history, my highs, my lows that effect my mental and physical health. Even if I have to wait a bit in the exam room, I know he's giving someone above and beyond of his time and when it's my turn he will take the time to make a plan.
