This is the worst doctor that I have seen at Washington Hospital Center. This doctor should not be in the net work. I will never recommend him to anyone. Dr. Gross did not explain my diagnosis in a manner that I could understand and he behaved as if he didn't have the time to answer my questions, or even talk with me. After I tried to ask him questions he replied that I should take home the results, read it and if I had questions I should call the office. I sat in the waiting area reading the results of my sleep test and he walked out of the office, said goodbye to his staff and left me sitting in the waiting room, still reading the results. I was so displeased with his behavior that I took the results to my primary care doctor and told my primary care doctor about this behavior and how displeased I was. I was displeased with him from my very 1st visit when he criticized my insurance and made me feed like I was not welcome because I had Aetna PPO. His remark was that he was not sure that Aetna was paying anything. His entire mannerism was rude. He is a replica of his name. After two visits, I am confident that I do not need to visit a doctor like this anymore. If you are looking for a caring doctor who will explain the results of your sleep study, make you feel welcome and find time to talk to you as a patient, as well as answer your questions, then please do not go to Dr. Gross.
