I have been going to Dr Dzen for about 10 years now. They send text reminders and calls to ensure the scheduled visits are on track. They also send birthday wishes, which is a sweet gesture but also not unusual for this office. Mary at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. If she doesn't know it, she finds out. Dr Dzen and the team here are friendly, knowledgeable, and have excellent bedside manner. From regular cleaning to getting a bridge put in, I enjoyed coming to this office and having my teeth taken care of properly. They do not oversell you and will never perform a procedure without your consent. Be punctual because his office will get a full schedule, and they try to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Scheduling follow up appointments will take a month beyond the next scheduled appointment because they have a booked calendar every month. When an availability opens, they quickly notify the next appointment. They are very organized, so I am comfortable coming to this office and getting the services I need to have a healthy smile.
