I.ve been to the office multiple times but the last time was my final visit. The doctor is always over booked. I only actually met with her twice. The other times it was the nurse practitioner. The first few times i went everyone was professional except the doctor she was loud and acted too friendly. I get it you want patients to feel comfortable but that made me uncomfortable. The last two times it was even worst. I went to get tested for diabetes (it was my request) I waited so long that i told them I wanted to reschedule. They quickly took me in the back and had me wait even longer. When I was on my way out she finally stopped to see me. She had the nurse take my vitals. The nurse had long nails with designs and objects on them. Her hair was in her face covering most of her right eye. The receptionist had the same. They were all loud and rude. I called two weeks later because I haven't heard anything. The receptionist kept putting me on hold. I had to keep calling back because the line would disconnect. After several attempts the doctor answered and said I was harassing the staff and she couldn't give my results over the phone. She said she would call me soon. Here I am a year later and NEVER heard from her again. If I can give 0 stars I would. This place need to be closed down.
