The PA listened well; I felt heard. The PA was nice and the visit did not feel rushed at all, which was a relief in talking about very personal matters. Yet, they did seem nervous or uncomfortable at first, and being very young, I did wonder about the PAs breadth of experience in working with a senior and a senior's particular considerations. Still I would be okay recommending this person as they were attentive & kind.
