Christopher John Sauceda

Dr. Christopher Sauceda is a board-certified family medicine physician proudly serving his hometown of Cedar City, Utah. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Sauceda offers comprehensive care with clinical interests in adult primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health. Known for his proactive and organized approach, Dr. Sauceda is committed to managing complex medical conditions while prioritizing prevention and patient education. He believes in developing strong, long-term relationships built on trust, accessibility, and mutual respect. His patients know that he is fully invested in their health—he takes the time to listen, understand their concerns, and create thoughtful, evidence-based care plans tailored to their unique needs. He earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University in human nutrition, graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his family medicine residency training at Conway Medical Center in South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, listening to podcasts and spending time with family and friends.
