I went to this office in September of 2025, filled out all my information specifically asked if they took my insurance, filled out all of the paperwork. It literally took 4 months to get me in the office just to tell me out of pocket expenses were 140$ with no heads up at all. They wanted to do x rays and then set me up another appointment to do my cleaning and check up. Like I have unused time just to throw away. Response was they should have texted me with that information. Be negative no text or call other to confirm my appointment last week and not conversation took place about my out of pocket expense.
