Doctor Caroline Marcus has been our pediatrician since the birth of our first child (daughter) in 2021. From our initial meeting (while we were still pregnant) through to her 2 year check-up, Dr. Marcus has been AMAZING. She addresses our fears, reminds us first-time parents that we are not overreacting, and has always given the best advice and recommendations. She is by far the most trusted person in our daughter's life after us, her parents. We live in the Lake Houston area, but we followed Dr. Marcus when she moved from Kelsey-Seybold | Summer Creek to the Kelsey-Seybold | Greater Heights location. Something we have come to truly appreciate is how accessible Dr. Marcus is. She can always be reached via message on the myKelsey app or portal and we can schedule Doctor Visits for our daughter with her with tremendous ease. I am happy to say we recently had our second child (son) born in 2023 who is obviously a patient of Dr. Marcus as well. If Dr. Marcus were to move from the Kelsey-Seybold | Greater Heights location to the future Kelsey-Seybold | Lunar Base location then that is where we will be scheduling all of our future pediatrician visits.
