Dr Tanner-St James has been my primary for several years. Her staff is always super friendly and efficient. She shows concern about my physical and mental well-being. I highly recommend her.

Dr Carol's nurse Christie is great.  The doctor has NEVER once touched me for any of my visits.  Never listened to my heart or lungs, or any of the other normal steps to determine what the problem may be.  She doesn't listen to any input and refers you all over the place only to put you on LOTS of prescription medicine that may not be necessary.  When I tried to tell her the medication she put me on was causing close to a dozen horrible side affects, she literally cut me off and prescribed more meds for the side affects...and the original problem still exists.  UGHH!!  Not going back.  I kept trying to give her a chance but it's been almost 2 years and still disgusted, in pain and now in worse condition than when I started due to all the extra meds.  When I expressed my frustration, she treated me like I was a bad person and looked at me with a blank face completely uncaring.
