My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward the goals that are most meaningful to you. While I bring professional knowledge, training, and experience to our work together, this is a collaborative effort. I serve as a guide and facilitator, helping you discover the strengths and solutions that already exist within you. With 12 years of experience as a school counselor, along with extensive education and training in complimentary holistic wellness. I take a whole-person approach, recognizing the connection between physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Together, we’ll work to create greater balance and overall wellness in the areas that are most important to you. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy lifelong learning, spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking, and making memories with my family.
