First time meeting Dr Patel and she was phenomenal. She listened to everything my daughter told her, we knew she was slammed busy but she never rushed us along. She took plenty of time to discuss plans with us for testing and treatment and explained everything to us in detail and gave us lots of opportunities to ask questions. I would highly recommend her

I felt like I was being rushed because they were busy. The only test offered to us was the strep test, even after I told them ky child had been around multiple children who had rsv. When I had concerns about her fever, I was told that was not actually a fever according to her.
