This doctor may be a fine doctor, but I have only seen him once. I would like to see him again, but I need an MRI first, but this seems to be a difficult task for this office. I have called them multiple times over the last few weeks to see what the status is of my referral, not a single person has called me back. I called my insurance company and they have no record of a referral being submitted. Is it just their Redlands office, who knows. Bottom line I am in pain and I feel extremely unheard. I fully understand what this job requires, I have worked in doctors offices in multiple positions, so I am highly disappointed with the service being provided to me by this office. Hmmmm what can I say is nice about this office, it's clean. I would like to say the office staff is nice, but they have never returned any of my phone calls.
