Dr. Northcutt was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of my situation.  He showed me what he believed needed to be done and what could potentially need to be done once the surgery started.  He asked my preference on procedures that had options and performed the surgery accordingly.  He explained to the person with me in detail what was done and what would happen post op.  I have very minimal scars, have had very little pain, and I'm gaining full use of my shoulder/arm.  I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Northcutt and his assistant is very knowledgeable and friendly.  I would recommend anyone to Dr. Northcutt and his staff without hesitation.
