This guy is a FLAKE. Cancelled on me twice even after having his Downey office call and comfirm the day before. Once getting to the office I was told the news that he was not coming. Big inconvenience to me and my designated driver. I guess I wasn't worth his time. Stay away from this this BIG FLAKE and this Downey office.
