The doctor herself is very very good I really like her. The problem is her staff. I have been a patient of hers many many years and this is the third time so they have struck out. The staff there is just dandy as long as you have exactly zero complaints for them to address. As soon as something goes awry or you do actually have a complaint about something they did it becomes worse to them and very personal and ugly. To the point where they actually laugh at you talk about you within themselves hang up on you rudely like they will tell you they're going to hang up on you right before they actually hang up on you. They purposely do not answer the phone when you call. This time they actually cause me another flare-up which is what I'm there to get treated for so I had to go back to the ER. She's good but she's like an angel surrounded by devils. Comes as no surprise while doing this review and reading others, yes there are many that agree with me and this is commonplace there.
