Dr. Ariel Ann Chung, MD, Pharm D

Dr Ariel Chung is a board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based and compassionate care to individuals and families. With seven years of active-duty service as a physician in the U.S. Army, she brings a broad range of experience in both military and clinical settings. Her care philosophy centers on building strong patient relationships through active listening and clear communication to support long-term health and well-being. She earned her Doctor of Medicine with honors from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from Cornell University.
