I had to cancel my appointment after not getting any cooperation from the staff. I requested a confirmation of .my appointment several times at first was told yes, then after was told a system generated confirmation would ne sent. I asking for a simple text confirmation and was told " NO". If I couldn't get a simple text message I had to believe they didn't really care about their patients so why should I trust them with my care. I would never have any employee on my staff that treats patients this way.
