How distressing to walk in to the operating room where my daughter sat, expecting to learn that her 4 wisdom teeth had been removed in the 45 minutes I'd been in the waiting room only to learn that the procedure was not performed because the doctor and her team could not find a suitable vein for the IV sedation. It brings me no satisfaction to post this review about Dr. Tanchyk who seems nice personally but extremely poor judgment was used with my daughter and I don't want anyone else to experience this. If you must use this office insist that you remain in the operating room until your child is under anesthesia. I actually had asked to do this but was told I had to wait in the waiting room. Extremely frustrating!
