I was a patient at Premier Pain for 7 office visits form December 2016 to May 18th 2017.
I saw Dr. Mehta for 2 of those visits. One was my initial contact and the other was for a procedure. I also was seen twice by Dr. Brooke Vanderby, who is an associate at Premier Pain. Both Dr. Mehta and Dr. Vanderby seem competent.
There is however a major problem with one of the staff members at the Premier Pain location in Schaumburg. I was seen three times by NP named Chevron and those three times mt Rx were incorrect and or not sent to my pharmacy. While Premier Pain was responsible for the problem with the Rx they made no effort to accommodate my schedule to pick up a corrected Rx. That is why I now see a different doctor.
