I was left waiting for an extended time both in the waiting room and in the patient room, only to be rushed through my appointment when she finally arrived. My initial intake was not thorough, and I didn’t feel like I received the attention or care I deserved. On top of that, I felt taken advantage of financially, which added to my frustration.
