"This review is for Matthew Neverusky, who is by far the most unprofessional service professional I have ever encountered. When I arrived to the office, he walked right by me and opened the door, expecting me to come in. Well, that's great if I was not a first time patient, but I expected to be greeted, and invited into his office. He did not shake my hand or offer me his name. At the start of the conversation he stared at me until I started talking. A good professional should make their client feel at ease and welcomed. Instead, he sat in the adjacent corner of the room so I had to feel like I had to yell to talk to him as he sat behind his desk, with his feet up! Absolutely rude behavior for a professional meeting a new patient for the first time. Not once did I feel comfortable. When I asked for additional information on something he recommended he said that he had none and did not even offer to help, or point me in the right direction. Then he rushed me out the door. This "therapist" was not a good therapist, and was not at all a even decent service professional. Take your time and money elsewhere."
