"I chose Dr. Nelson because of the reviews I read on how wonderful she was. If she is or isn't, I don't know because when we showed up, the receptionist was online while chewing food. Couldn't even speak because of how full it was. But that didn't bother me as much as her stating that our appt. had been cancelled because the doctor didn't work that day. Apparently, the appt. was scheduled on a day that she does not work. The receptionist never called me to reschedule. But even that didn't anger me more than the fact that she and her office manager were so blase about this mistake on their part. They didn't apologize and really didn't care whether we stayed and rescheduled or went somewhere else. All I can say is that if the staff doesn't care right at the start, I'm going to assume the doctor is the same. So No thank you!"

"I had a terrible experience with this doctor. First off, the doctor was extremely unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. She also seemed to be in a rush and not willing to listen to my questions or concerns. She made me feel like my time was not important and was not willing to answer any of my questions. She was also very impatient and not willing to take the time to explain things to me. Her bedside manner was horrible and she didn't take the time to get to know me as a person. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. "
