It's also hilarious that he prescribed an antibiotic gel for which I'm allergic to... he either is not up to date in medicine or he didn't care to read my chart. If you suffer from acne as an adult, I recommend not going to Dr. Millett as he will generalize your experience and charge you $$$. Read the low star reviews. His behavior is consistently negligent whereas the positive reviews are simple and not specific. "

"I’ve never visited a dermatologist as profit-driven as this one. Her approach consistently prioritizes billing over patient care. For example, while most dermatologists prescribe medications with 3, 6, or even 12 months of refills, she typically writes prescriptions for only one month at a time — or three months if you beg. This forces patients to return every few months for unnecessary appointments just to renew the same long-standing medications. During appointments, she rushes through the visit and spends the entire time standing near the door, signaling she’s already halfway out. There’s little sense of attentiveness or genuine patient engagement. She also won’t address more than one concern per visit. For example, if you want her to examine a suspicious mole and also examine a wart, you’re required to book two separate appointments. And this wasn’t something her scheduling staff told me— She told me this herself during an appointment. It’s a deliberate system designed to generate more billing, not better care. Overall, the focus here is not on providing comprehensive, compassionate care but on maximizing revenue. Patients deserve a dermatologist who values their health and time, not one who creates barriers in order to increase office visits and billing."
