Allergists and Immunologists - Arlington, VA

"I scheduled a follow up appointment for my daughter which was already a 4 month wait to even get back in to see Dr. Bailey. 4 months goes by and I receive an email two days before her appointment with forms to complete and a notification that proof of COVID vaccine was a requirement for our in person appointment. First heard for me despite speaking with someone to schedule the appointment in the first place and again earlier this month when I called to confirm the details of our appointment to ensure I had documented it on my calendar correctly. After informing the office that I am vaccinated yet my 2 yr old daughter is not, they called me and stated they would need to reschedule our appointment to be virtual. Adding insult to injury, they offered me a completely different time the same day or something a week later after I have already adjusted my schedule in order to make our current time work. How is a doctor supposed to make a full assessment if they NEVER see a patient in person? And a toddler at that. You can’t see clearly over computer video screen to evaluate her skin reactions. If I had known we would have to have a virtual appointment 4 months ago I would have found someone else to address my daughter’s allergy concerns and she wouldn’t have had to suffer for so long. I am beyond disappointed with this doctor and her office. They clearly do not care that much about their patients."
