"Dr. Sardinas is great but ever since they move to Genesis his office is hard to get ahold of, they will pass you around, tell you they will call you back and never do. Appointments are so far out and he no flexibility. You can’t be late or they won’t see you but you are expected for him to finish with other patients to be seen. They don’t close when they say they do either. "

"Dr. Palwai was late to my appointment. I had to sit in the waiting area and the exam room for an hour before I was seen. He did not lay a hand on me. NO EXAM. No temperature, no blood pressure, no weight, NOTHING. He did not touch me once. When I gave him a list of my difficulties and complaints, he told me to hold-out my hands, at which time he said, "You do not have arthritis." (Which is what I thought I had...) He didn't do any testing, no ultrasounds, no blood labs. He sent me away with a prescription which I later learned from a new doctor, REQUIRE an eye exam before taking! I found a new doctor who did LOADS of tests on me - turns out that I have a very rare form of genetic arthritis (HLAB27) as well as nodules on my thyroid, thyroid disease and Sjogren's. I will never see Dr. Palwai again, and cannot give enough negative reviews."
