"From start to finish, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. He did not discuss my children's care with me or answer questions or concerns appropriately. He walked into the room and talked at me and told me this is what he was prescribing, and it will solve their migraines no matter what. He barely interacted with my children and did not do any standard neurology checks, especially for a first visit with him. (We have been going to a neurologist for one of my children for almost 4 years and are used to the standard procedures for visits.) Whenever I tried to ask questions regarding the medications being prescribed or a care plan, I was treated disrespectfully, and my questions were blown off being told that his way would solve everything no matter what. The office staff was not friendly at all and not forthcoming about our insurance. We verified while scheduling the appointment that they were in-network. We were never contacted prior to the appointment or when checking in that they were no longer in-network with our insurance or there had been changes since the appointment was made. "

"Doctor :Anu Baweja I wouldn’t recommend this clinic due to poor scheduling, communication issues, and lack of reliability. I had an appointment, but when we checked in, they claimed we had canceled it—despite us only calling to reschedule (but ultimately keeping the original time). Even after showing them the confirmation text from that morning, they refused to acknowledge the mistake, and we were forced to reschedule. On another occasion today, they canceled our appointment and pushed it to the following week just because we were 4 minutes late. We also had lab work ordered through them, but Quest Lab sent us back 3 times, saying they never received the order from the doctor’s office. Reaching their office is a nightmare—they’re almost impossible to get on the phone, and every time we do, they say, ‘Our system is down.’ Their system is always down or their printer doesn’t have toner.. What kind of medical office they have!! I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this has been the worst doctor’s office experience we’ve ever had. Never ever go to this clinic."
