"Dr Kathleen Almenario I was not told of the procedure that my insurance would not cover. The girl informed me that's the doctor's standard and if this is fact then it should have been disclosed at the time of booking. The girl then told me the doctor told her to stop telling people. That tells me the doctor knows this is unethical and chooses to steal from her patients. What would happen if a person didn't have the money and you bate and switch them into a $30 fee they had no idea about. I was not told until checkout. It should have been disclosed at booking but if not then when she told me to go to the machine hey by the way this will be an extra fee are you ok with that. But no instead she chose dishonesty. I am disgusted that people would work this way"
