"My father, 73, has Kidney stones he was referred to Libby, and from setting the appointment to the doctor’s visit, it was a horrible experience. The person that scheduled the appointment received the PCP referral only to respond with “I have to verify” the referral, as if it was fake. And after “verifying” they did not call back/follow up, we had to call them back. On the day of the appointment the intake process was long, and the wait even longer, while the actual visit with the doctor and nurse was 5 minutes, no samples were taken, there were no examinations done, just the doctor looking at the computer screen and talking at us, not to us. The nurse was visibly unwilling to take essential vitals, and at one point the doctor asked the nurse to take a urine sample and she nonverbally refused (giving the doctor a funny look), the urine sample was not done. Horrible experience!! You would think that people in healthcare, would actually care for other humans. Not this doctor, not this doctor’s office, and definitely not the nurse. Go somewhere else. Now we know why he stays available. There’s no care to his health care."
