"I had successful TAVR and had heart block 4 days later resulting in a pacemaker. Grateful Dr.Masud ordered overdose stat for observation as the morning of 2/1 I coded 2 times. I was extremely resistant to stay overnight. He was truly interest in me as a patient and person. Had it not been for Dr. Masud’sv and staff, I would not be alive. When a doctor saves your life there is forever a level of gratitude and appreciation."

"I have been a patient of Dr Desai since late 2020 or early 2021. Initially, I thought the care she provided to be equal to other cardiologists I had used in Boerne/San Antonio. The office staff, nurses and PA's have always been excellent friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, caring, great to communicate with. When I first met Dr Desai, she would personally perform my reoccurring office visits. As time went on, her "personal" approach decreased. The more time I was in her care, the less I would see of her. In her place, PA's took over and provided wonderful care. Maybe that is why Dr Desai quit providing the personal touch. It is not that she has to see me on every office visit but at least do so a couple of times per year. I even had to ask her one time when she was at the check out desk if she was upset/mad at me as I never see her on my visits. She said she would be present at my next and she was. Unfortunately, after that, seldom did I see her. Additionally, the check in process is historically quick and prompt. And in all fairness, most of the time getting back to an exam room goes as one might expect. However, there have been times I have had to wait in the entry area for over two hours. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's - including the doctors. If Dr Desai is going to be two hours late, she should have her staff call her patients or send a text, notifying them of the two hour delay. In closing, if you wish to ensure you will be seeing the "doctor" on your visits, then I would highly recommend you continue to search for another cardiologist. Sincerely, C Shanks"

"Dr. Banerjee is a nice guy but from my experience, he's incompetent. My dominant, right hand is practically useless from nerve damage caused by him entering my right brachial artery to place stents in my left leg. A subsequent hematoma and pseudoaneurysm resulted in median nerve entrapment. I filed a grievance with my insurance company regarding many aspects of this situation, too lengthy to list here. "

"I waited 2 months for my first appointment. Google maps sent me to the wrong building complex. At the right building there was no parking available. I drove to the door to valley but the guy was asleep inside and so it took a little time to figure out that he was the valet and legit to give my keys. Next, the building suite listing was wrong. So after all of this I arrive 17 mins late. Dr Chavez tells me he can’t work me in and I’ll have to 6 months for a next available!!! That’s the level of care you get with this guy!! "
