General Dentists - Memphis, TN

"I have been trying to get in to see her for several weeks now.Her office receptionist told me that she had no available appointments for weeks out.i called three days in a row to see if there was any cancellation availability. She said none.i also called the day before asking if there was anything at all that week.she said no.Upon calling my insurance to switch my dental provider they called this office just to be proactive and behold they some how spontaneously had an appointment open for today.when I arrived the front desk receptionist was furious that I had contacted insurance. I had been trying to make an appointment for weeks!and it took my insurance to call you in order for you to see me.i was in excruciating pain. The doctor was great.this is my second time seeing her. The front desk/receptionist however was not so friendly. Makes me not even want to visit again having to deal with her."
