"I've seen Neera for years and always put up with her downsides because she's nearby and a knowledgeable doctor. However, she refuses to refill any prescriptions unless she sees you every 3 months. As a kid, that was fine, but as a woman with a full time job, it makes things very difficult. I had to push back my follow up a few times because of work conflicts, and she would not give me a prescription to hold me over, which means I will basically be starting over with the acne meds she's prescribed. She obviously cares more about getting money from my insurance plan than helping my skin's health and my well-being. I will not be going back."
