"Dr. Friedman was really nice! When he entered, he lit up the room! Very kind, very receptive, very professional. He has been the best doctor I have seen so far during my time in Columbus. Also, the person at the reception, the nurses and the student doctor, Sam, were all very kind. It was a great experience despite the pain in my back from the allergy testing! Can't wait to see the results with the treatment he gave me. I left the office feeling full of hope. Thank you very much, Dr Friedman! Never change. (I hope he can read this. I didn't have the chance to tell it to him because the farewell was too quick.)"

"I've seen several allergist over the years and have horrendous allergies (according to 3 different allergists and several other PCP's & specialists.). Dr. Suresh (as I call him) was able to see how the serums being made by other allergist were not being made correctly based on the severity of my allergies and "tweaked" these to fit my needs better. Even though my appts with him are approx. 6 mths apart each time, he still knows me and knows my "issues"...and to me that is something with amount of patients he has. He is very thorough with his evaluations, testing/s, and diagnosis'. The only quirk with this office is that if you don't go to their Dublin location and instead go to a satellite office, you must be prepared to visit that office on the same day each visit for your injections. The serums are kept in the offices refrigerator, so you are not able to go from site to site. I personally think this makes it easier to remember shot day- especially now that I can visit once every 2 weeks instead of every week with potential of moving to every 3 weeks on my next bi-annual visit....this is very special for me as I was receiving injections every week with 2 shots (one for each arm and still have this) for 3.5 yrs- yes, bad allergies and my body was not wanting to cooperate. "

"My daughter had a new patient appointment at the Grove City office. When making the appointment I explained we could not have her go off her antihistamine prior to appointment. I was told it was fine we would have initial appointment and she would more than likely be given another medication so that testing could be done at another time. We arrived early to complete paperwork. I informed receptionist she was still on her antihistamine, I also informed the medical assistant during the initial consult. They proceeded to do environmental testing on her. She was pricked 60x and we had to wait 20 min for results. When the assistant returned to check results she seemed perplexed about them. I brought up the question of her antihistamine effecting the results. The assistant apologized and said that yes the antihistamine would effect and that it was her fault. She forgot and that normally it is marked in schedule that patient is on their medicine. She apologized again and said she would go get nurse practitioner and be right back. Well 45 min later no one had returned. At this point we were approaching 1 hour and 30 min being there. I went out and spoke with receptionist and explained that I was unhappy about the unnecessary testing and then the additional 45 min wait. She said that someone would PROBABLY be in to see us shortly. Unfortunately we were not going to wait any longer. The experience up to this point had not been good and I had no desire to be there any longer. Also my daughter was upset from the testing that was pointless. She is 10 it was hard to make her understand what was going on. To top it off NO ONE bothered to follow up with us. That is beyond poor customer service. You would think having a new patient walk out of your office after having unnecessary testing the provider would follow up that day or the next. We didn't plan on returning even if they did follow up, but I would have had more respect for them as a provider if they had. This just made my opinion of that office even less."
