"I chose this doctor because I saw she had multiple raving reviews. Here was my experience and impressions of my visit. While I chose her because she had raving reviews about her holistic approach this turned out to be a big mistake in my opinion. I don’t feel she took into consideration that I might know my body a bit more than she does. When trying to explain why I disagreed that exercising would improve my symptoms I got the condescending response of “do you know everything? Isn’t it possible that a doctor might know a bit more”? Or something along those lines. She did have some great techniques on relaxation that I’m sure would have been helpful for someone else. She gave me a flyer. I got emotional towards the end of my visit and cried. I think overall I just didn’t feel heard and i was disappointed that once again there was no solution in sight. I was genuinely very upset. To which she responded that I probably released some energy from the “vaginal exam” she did . Which in hindsight irritated me as well. I felt that she was so stuck in the “holistic” way that she was missing the bigger picture. It’s more likely I released energy than that I am frustrated and upset? Anyways her mind seemed made up I had an overactive bladder and here was a flyer of exercises I could do. I don’t want to say she was reluctant to order an ultrasound for me but it definitely came off that she was skeptical of my symptoms (bilateral flank pain). It came off as well I really think these exercises will be the solution but since you claim to have bilateral flank plain I’ll order this ultrasound to rule anything else out. About a week later I call the office regarding the ultrasound. Someone from her office calls me back the next day saying that according to the ultrasound I have “a few fibroids” and to follow up with GYN. I log into patient portal reviewed the ultrasound myself and there was a HUGE GIGANTIC fibroid. Clearly labeled, very obvious and everything! Thankfully I’m a nurse and showed one of the surgeons I worked with and was worked up pretty quickly. Like really you didn’t think to call and mention the GIANT fibroid could at least maybe compressing my bladder. Not very holistic! Super disappointed! And a little irritated. I feel bad for the people who are not in healthcare and don’t advocate for themselves! They didnt know I was a nurse. But I figured it shouldn’t have made a difference! Got a MRI after that reported moderate bladder compression. I’m not a doctor and I don’t know everything but even I could infer from size of the fibroid that it might be compressing my bladder. Since I’ve provided why i am displeased with this experience here are some positives. I know there is a process and people need to be worked up. So it’s likely (I hope) at least that was the plan. I know she has multiple patients and I appreciate the ATTEMPT to connect and not appear inpatient or rushed. I could tell that she tried to appear like she cared. It just didn’t actually feeeeeel like she cared. I just wished after all that, talking down to me, telling her I don’t think the exercises would work, getting emotional and crying. That she would have at least called and said something like “hey I see on your ultrasound you have a large fibroid. It’s possibly that could be causing your urinary symptoms, you should continue doing those exercises we talked about but in the meantime go see your gyn”. instead of trying to gaslight me then dumping me! 😏"

"My child was referred to him for rule out hip dysplasia. I've heard he's very knowledgable and I can tell he is experienced. However, he has no bedside manner. He walked in, asked 1-2 questions, did a quick exam, and told me my child needs to be treated and walked out. Never told me the name of her diagnosis, what the treatment is or what it requires. The whole encounter was maximum 3 mins. If i wasn't in the medical field, I would have no idea what he diagnosed her with. I would not recommend him. "
