"Dr. Karnow is exemplary. The holistic and thoughtful care she provides to her patients is unmatched. For years now, she has gone above and beyond any provider to ask important questions and then truly listen to the answers. Her attention to detail has caught chronic issues that had gone unnoticed for decades. She cites data to support her recommendations, while still being sensitive to individual needs and experiences and acknowledging systemic issues (insurance, public policy, etc.). Visits with her are efficient without feeling rushed. Dr. Karnow supports patients in a way that reflects their autonomy and empowers them to not just treat illness, but to support actual wellness. The only downside is that it can take a long time to get well-visit with her, but the office is easy to reach and other providers are usually available for same day or next day urgent needs. I truly do not know where my family or I would be without her high level of care over the past several years."

"Amazing provider. Punctuality is not the best b/c she takes TIME with her patient's. Listens to concerns, quality diagnostics and not afraid to refer when something is out of her wheelhouse. Assists with insurance to make sure referrals are "In-network". Love Dr. Blegan!"
