"Anne Hennessey kept changing my appointments then mixing up the times even though she set them. The business is super disorganized and old school. I was never given an invoice or receipt for any of my visits. I had to complain to the accounting manager and still haven't gotten an invoice. Finally got a receipt for my final visit and it was just a hand written piece of paper. I wasted weeks talking and never got any insight on my issues. Just generic responses like "why do you think you felt that way?" She once quoted the Rich Homie Quan in one of our sessions. She said "i could tell you felt some type of way about me rescheduling you." No self respecting mental health professional should use that kind of vernacular. They should strive for clarity and not use vague rap lyrics. I get that she wants to seem relatable to her patients but saying "feel some type of way" is going way too far. When I tried to voice my concerns about the quality of care I was receiving Anne got very defensive. She told me "this isn't how i pay my bills. I have a rental property" which had nothing to do with my complaints, but that gives you an idea of the caliber of person you're dealing with here: a thin skinned property manager moonlighting as a social worker.
