Allergist and Immunologist - Brooklyn, NY

"I've been going to this office for almost 2 years now and came back because of how kind Dr. Gadi & Michelle are. JULIA is one of the nurses who gives out shots. Since I've let her know that her attitude is unacceptable or displeasing, she's been on me super hard about waiting 20 minutes for my shot to show some reaction when other patients are always walking out prior to their 20 min wait times being up. Shes obviously targeting me after being vocal about the way she handled me calling the office to tell them I would be 5 mins. at most late to getting my shot past the 5:30 time due to work that delayed me. She refused to accommodate me because she said this will make the staff late to go home..... for 5 mins????? They've allowed me to do this 1 other time before that I was late and didnt get this same response. She also decided it would be appropriate to scream out my name when I walked out 5 mins before the 20 min wait time. and had a SCREAMING match with me in the office. This is the second issue I've had with the staff there. I called the front desk and they let me know Dr. Gadi does not take phone calls. So now I will have to go in physically to see Dr. Gadi and tell him about this complaint. Currently working on finding another allergist office to go to. This is ridiculous."
