"we trust and like Dr Katz's care. Always has our Dad's best interest at hand & answers all Qs. She always tells Dad that she speaks to him as if he is her own father (he has to watch his food and be as active as he can - & he listens to her rather than us). She has a heavy patient load and pre-pandemic we had to wait for our appointment. But now the scheduling is better and we are seen on time - - scheduling is her staff's error and not the Dr's. Other patients have said the Dr is abrupt but we know better - her accent may seem as if is. We would not change doctors for anything. When she found out our Mom passed (not her patient) she expressed great concern for Dad as she was the healthier of the 2. She asked us Qs unrelated to his diabetes to make sure he was not living alone, someone was helping w/ care, meds, food, etc (We live with him now) - No other doctor asked us that. She explains things well & points out what can be done to be healthier (outside of meds). She makes sure she has Dad's current doctor's contact info, makes sure he gets all necessary reports from other Doctors & that Dad sees them (ex: eye Doctor)."
