"I found this optometrist to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding specialized contact lens fittings. I can’t say the same for the clinic support staff. I found them to be unprofessional, unethical, disinterested in customer service with poor communication skills. Given that much of the interactions and processing of insurance claims and billing relies on professional support staff, I found it impossible to continue working with this highly skilled, qualified optometrist. It’s unfortunate, but I won’t subject myself to unethical mistreatment by the staff, just to see this doctor. If she were in private practice, I would definitely work with her again."
