Neurosurgeons - Flint, MI

"I had surgery done on 1-5-2017 by Dr Fernandez of Mi. Ortho and hv been in pain ever since. Everytime I come back and tell him Im in pain he orders a new MRI and his med. assistant calls me and say Dr Fernandez say theres nothing he can do for u...X's 3 since 2017 so I made an appointment to see Dr Palavali and absolutely could not wait to see him bcuz I need this pain STOPPED. On my telemed date his office called and say "he looked over ur MRI, CAT SCAN and MYLOGRAM and he wants to see u in office. I went. He ask Y Im not going back to Dr. Fernandez and I tell him that everytime I go back to him telling him of my pain he orders a new MRI and his med assistant calls me and say " theres nothing he can do for u"... so Im here trying to find a surgeon. He tells me its a "respect thing" between surgeons to send u back to Fernandez "one more time" and the last words out of his mouth were "If he wont do anything for you THEN I WILL". NOW, I have another telamed on 11-25-20 and nobody calls for an hour so I call them & tell them Dr Palavali is sposed to call me at 2:45 and it is now 3:45. She goes back and forth and back and forth between Dr and me and finally says "He's NOT going to do ur surgery". I was FLABBERGASTED. I dont understand Y he would tell me he will do it right to my face looking me in the eye after I go see Fernandez THEN SAY NO I WONT DO IT???????WAS ALL JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MORE WEEKS PLUS WEEKS B4 I WILL GET ANYTHING DONE. Now I am bk where I started looking for another surgeon. Also, instead of making me wait, when he looked over all my records, Y WOULDNT HE HAVE LOOKED AT THEM WHEN THEY CAME TO HIS OFFICE AND SEEN WHATEVER IT WAS HE SEEN AND TOLD HIS ASSITANT TO CALL ME AND CANCEL INSTEAD OF WAITING TILL MY APPOINTMENT AND WASTING ANOTHER 6 WEEKS PLUS??????????TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, WASTE OF MY TIME WHILE I AM IN PAIN 24 HOURS A DAY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND JUVENILE. HE IS A PIECE OF SHIT. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. U WILL REGRET IT!!!!! Ted Novak"
