"I found Dr. Steve when looking for an in-network chiropractor near my office. But, he wasn't like other chiropractors I had previously been to. He was less about cracking my back and more about the root cause of my issues and how to correct. I had a weak core and tight muscles. He taught me exercises to strengthen my core and stretch my body. He has taught me about the inter-connectedness of muscles throughout my body and how to avoid future issues. It's now been 10+ years, and I feel great. I play lots of golf and other sports, in my 50's, and have no issues. For the past 2 years I've been working with the personal trainer on his team, Axel, to further the strength training and avoid back issues. It has been transformational to work with Axel twice weekly and I am very grateful to have found them. "
