"The wait at this office is forever! Poorly managed practice all the way around. Front desk staff, while nice enough, seems incompetent. I have only seen Dr. Syed herself a few times, and that was at the beginning of my becoming a new patient. I'm told she is out, or at her office in Duluth. When I have called to leave a phone message, the recording does not connect you with the correct extension, but rather it repeats the message from the beginning . . . so frustrating! Something seems to have changed in the way the practice is running since about June 2015. Wonder what's going on? The manner in which the lab work is handled does not make sense. Blood is drawn at one visit, then you do not find out your results until your next appt. which is 3 or 4 months later. Seems very backward. I want my results within 1 or 2 weeks of blood being drawn. Just makes no sense to have to wait 3 or 4 months to see if you're OK. This has been a big disappointment in joining Dr. Syed's practice, therefore come January 1, 2017 I will be looking to go elsewhere. I suggest to anyone considering becoming a new patient here . . . think twice. From the (3) reviews, it is obvious that the practice has gone downhill since the first review was posted back in 2013. By the way, IF this gets posted, it will be the 3rd time I've tried to submit it. Strange????????"
