"Dr Gurucharrri has been thorough and compassionate in his treatment of the several problems I have encountered with my nose and sinuses. He is generally available within two weeks or less, although December is difficult. He also addresses a problem which many are not aware of, too much acidity in one's diet, which can cause throat irritation and reflux. Unlike the incorrect statement regarding spring water in another rating, water with higher alkaline (basic) content is prescribed, to lower the overall ph of fluid intake."

"I was scheduled for surgery with this doctor, but ultimately did not go through with the procedures due the manner in which I was treated both by both Dr. Hoban and his staff. There are so many failures within this office, I'm not sure where to even begin and I'm not sure it's even worth the time to write about it. First off, they have an open door policy, meaning all exam rooms are open for everyone to hear everyone else's business during exams and procedures. No privacy (and possible HIPAA violations). Second, the doctor tries to spent as little time with you as possible. His assistant is constantly reminding him to wrap it up and move on to the next patient. Third, Dr. Hoban is very good at lecturing you about what he has determined is the course of action he has decided to take, but he really doesn't take kindly to questions. Especially questions which he may perceive as questioning his expertise. Instead of answering detailed, in-depth questions about a surgical procedure, in my case, I was told to get a second opinion, multiple times, if I wanted detailed answers. His assistant cancelled my surgery, without my direction to do so. They must have deemed me a problem patient because I dared to ask questions. I immediately found a new ENT doctor who did take the time to get to know me and is glad to answer my detailed questions. The best decision I made in this case was to get that second opinion Dr. Hoban suggested/demanded I get. If you like being dictated to and are happy to blindly follow a doctor's orders without discussion, then he may be a fine option for you. "
