"Dr George has a great bedside manner. She is very thorough and answers all questions, regardless of how many times they're asked. She was seeing my daughter and I accompanied her on a visit. I was so impressed that I switched providers. She will now be my PCP. I recommend Dr George if you are looking for a doctor that exemplifies clinical excellence, yet takes time to listen to her patients and answer questions. "

"Dr. Radi has been my PCP for all 2024 and i must say he has been great! I have not one complaint about him or his staff! He cares, is kind, shows concern, listens to you and your needs, is very supportive, patient n much more. Unfortunately, my insurance plan is changing next year so i can't keep him as my PCP. I told him i will definitely miss him n his care! "

"No service whatsoever. Made a special trip to her office to fill out paperwork to expedite an appointment. The paperwork for my history was extensive and maximally confusing and difficult to read, contained very very very many boxes to check which did/did not(?) do accurately since the boxes and diagnoses all ran together. Finally got finished and handed it to the desk and was told that I would be contacted when the application was reviewed. Called back the next day and was told that I would be contacted for an appointment date by Friday of the following week. Did not hear from the office, waited two more weeks and called today only to be told that they had no paperwork whatsoever on me. The office staff is trying to find the paperwork as I write this and they will "call me back". I doubt that. But I will go elsewhere. This is consistent with previous reviews, by the way. I would find another physician if I were you. If I could give this office a lower rating than 1 star, I would do it. Maybe a -10 star? UPDATE: The office called me back, having "lost" my paperwork but saying that the note on the paperwork that I would call back for an appointment after I had seen psychiatrist to evaluate my psychotropic medication which the paperwork had made clear that the doctor would NOT deal with that type of meds. I have had a panic disorder all my life, for which I have taken medications, but I was perfectly willing to comply with seeing a psychiatrist for an eval and prescriptions. The psych office did not know what Medicare Supplement Insurance was?????? None the less, the office worker said that I agreed to call for an appt AFTER my seeing the psych???? NOT! This office is completely and totally incompetent. If that is any indication of the competence of the physician, which I think it is, I will stay the h away from this provider and suggest that you do as well. Best of luck."

"Dr. Hill has a nice, laid-back approach to patient relationships, but getting to see him is nearly impossible. I saw him 2 or 3 times after I first became a patient several years ago, but since then I've only seen a rotating staff of PA's. Not really any personal attention at all. Trying to contact someone in the office or get a simple request fulfilled is a nightmare. Staff is unresponsive and rude. Avoid this place like the plague. "
