"this woman over charges for wellness check ups she is rude wont let you talk to explain anything the office looks like it has not been cleaned or anything replaced since the 70s the exam tables are being held together with duct tape. everything in the office is yellow old and dirty please dont go to this woman for anything i would not let her fix a hang nail at this point. save yourself the hassle of having to put in a complaint and waiting for everything to work out p.s i had to put atleast one star otherwise i would have put none or less but that wasnt an option"
